**Santander Corporate & Investment Banking** is looking for a **Global Cash Management Executive Director** based out of **Madrid** We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic **General Cash Management Director** to join our Corporate & Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will play a **pivotal role in defining and executing our global cash management strategy**, leading a team based in Madrid, and advising multinational clients on best-in-class liquidity, payments, and treasury solutions. This is a **senior leadership position with global responsibilities** for driving business origination, enhancing product capabilities, and ensuring seamless delivery of cash management services across markets through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of **3–5 professionals** within the Global Cash Management Origination area.
