Experteer Overview As Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you’ll help attract top talent for Preply by shaping events, campaigns, and content that connect with engineering, AI, design, and commercial audiences. You’ll partner with TA, Brand, and leaders to translate hiring goals into measurable attraction activities, while improving candidate journeys and employer reputation. This role blends creativity with data, influencing how we build a stronger talent pipeline at scale. You’ll work in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment that values impact and continuous iteration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop attraction plans for priority chapters (Engineering, Data/AI, Design, Commercial)
- Collaborate with TA and hiring leaders to align on goals and where to engage talent
- Coordinate with Brand and Employer Brand on campaigns, content, careers-page updates, and event materials
- Identify internal proof points to inspire employer brand content
- Design and run talent events (meetups, conferences, activations) with TA and Chapter Leads
- Generate engaging event concepts (booth experiences, speaking slots, follow-up journeys) and nurture candidate conversations
- Own Glassdoor strategy: responses, themes, and profile improvements
- Manage paid and organic recruitment campaigns (LinkedIn ads, job boards, niche platforms)
- Enhance the careers page to optimize candidate journeys and measure impact
- Measure and report KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversion, pipeline) and share learnings with stakeholders
- Provide input to improve where time, energy, and budget are investedResponsabilidades
- 4+ years in recruitment marketing, talent marketing, employer brand activation, or related field in a fast-growing tech business
- Strong relationship-building with TA, Brand, hiring leaders, and employees
- Creative mindset for attracting talent via events, communities, campaigns, and touchpoints
- Hands-on events experience (meetups, conferences, sponsorships, booths, activations)
- Understanding of how recruitment marketing supports hiring pipelines, not just brand awareness
- Data-informed approach with ability to measure, learn, and improve
- Strong briefing skills translating hiring context into clear briefs for Brand, Employer Brand, TA
- Confidence engaging with technically oriented and senior stakeholders (Engineering, Data/AI, Product, Design)
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance efficiency
- Experience with LinkedIn paid ads, job boards, talent platforms, Glassdoor, or employer reputation channels
- Advanced English level
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona or Kyiv and be onsite for events/hiring surgesRequisitos principales
