Salary: 24,5K base + 15K bonus OTE (uncapped)

THE CONTEXT

My client is a leading European restaurant-tech company transforming how people discover and book restaurants across Europe.

Operating in 11 countries and backed by an international group, they connect millions of diners with restaurant partners through booking technology, marketing solutions and restaurant management software.

As part of an ambitious expansion strategy within the DACH market, they are hiring an Inbound SDR based in Barcelona to drive restaurant acquisition and help grow a market that is already established but still in a strong expansion phase.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound Sales & Lead Qualification: Manage inbound opportunities from restaurant owners and managers interested in learning more about the platform and proactively follow up to convert interest into partnerships.

• Restaurant Acquisition (DACH Market): Engage restaurant decision makers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to present products and demonstrate business value.

• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own opportunities from first conversation through negotiation, closing and successful restaurant publication on the platform.

• Consultative Sales Approach: Sell and position multiple solutions including promotions, restaurant management software, booking widgets, marketing solutions and training services.

YOUR PROFILE

• Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales, full-cycle experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Commercial Mindset : Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage decision makers and drive conversions.

• Hunter Mentality: Results-driven personality motivated by targets and performance.

• Languages: Native / Fluent German mandatory. Fluent English required.
