About the team We\'re building a new CX Strategy Consulting team at Atento to help our clients reimagine the User Experience of their customers.
This new CX Strategy Consulting team will be responsible for deeply understanding the clients\' needs and then crafting a holistic, end to end, tech and AI enabled CX solution to ensure our clients are able to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
You'll be working in a cross-functional team with CX Business Consultants, CX Design Consultants, and CX Architecture Consultants to build custom CX solutions for our clients, and internally you will be championing Atento's shift from call center solutions to a tech driven holistic CX solutions provider.
About the job As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will assist in the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in system architecture, integrations, and platform evaluations while supporting senior architects and IT teams in delivering seamless digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities Client engagement: Engage directly with clients, understand their pain points and requirements, and direct the team to build the correct solution.
Technical Build: Assist in documenting system architectures and identifying integration requirements.
Platform Research: Conduct research on CX technologies, CRM solutions, and automation tools.
Implementation Assistance: Support the deployment and testing of CX systems, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
Data & API Integrations: Help configure middleware and support API integration efforts.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, consultants, and IT teams to gain experience in CX technology solutions.
You're likely a good fit if you have Experience dealing directly with clients and driving client engagements
Basic knowledge of CX platforms, CRM systems, and cloud solutions
Understanding of API integrations and system architectures
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and eagerness to learn from senior team members
Some exposure to client-facing interactions and technology implementation
Fluent in English and Spanish
