What You Can Expect :
At Rhenus, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee with a primary focus on talent acquisition.
The internship will have a maximum duration of 1 year. After completing the internship, the possibility of joining the company will be considered if a suitable vacancy becomes available.
Tasks:
- Posting job offers on Workday, Infojobs and LinkedIn.
- Supporting CV screening.
- Assisting in interview coordination.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Ensuring data quality.
- Ensuring all health and safety requirements related to assigned tasks are met.
- Opportunity to collaborate on matters related to training, development, performance, equality, employer branding, benefits, etc.
Requirements:
- Intermediate English (advanced level is a plus).
- Native or high Spanish
- Intermediate Excel (advanced level is a plus).
- Knowledge of ATS systems (experience with Workday is a plus).
- Knowledge of Infojobs for posting (a plus).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn for posting (a plus).
Certification of Disability will be considered as a plus.
