The Junior Finance Manager / Finance Specialist will support the financial operations of a multinational organization with presence across several European markets. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information, supporting accounting and reporting processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across different jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilitie
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple entitie.
- Coordinate with external accounting providers and local advisors to ensure compliance with local regulation
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations and supporting documentatio
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow activitie
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management and key stakeholders
- Ensure financial records are accurate, complete and maintained in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors when required
- Assist in identifying risks, opportunities and areas for operational improvement
What the role requires
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling roles.
- Experience working in multinational or multi-entity environments.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience coordinating with external providers, consultants or auditors.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
