Role: Associate Indirect Sales Manager (German Market)

You will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with channel partners, enabling their success with BMC DBA solutions.

Your Contributions:
* Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue and market expansion.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs aligned with BMC’s goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with necessary tools and support.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights for improvement.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
* Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create innovative partner interactions.
* Stay updated with the evolving IT landscape through continuous learning.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in Solution Architect, Presales, or Consultant roles within the technology or software industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills to engage and support partners effectively.
* Technical expertise in orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Results-oriented mindset with data analysis skills for strategic decisions.
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Clear and confident communication, emphasizing value and impact.

Language: Fluency in German.
