A core operations position owning staffing execution across Spain and Portugal .
You will be the reliability and risk owner for contracts, payroll, and labor compliance with Spain as the technical core of operations.
🎯 The Role
You run the operational engine of our Iberia staffing business:
* End-to-end worker lifecycle and contracts
* Payroll control, validation, and approval
* Labor compliance (CBAs, TGSS, SEPE, CASIA, Mutua, PRL)
* Audits, inspections, and complex cases
* Operational readiness for invoicing and margins
You operate autonomously, think ahead, flag risks early, and keep operations stable under pressure.
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in staffing operations / workforce administration
* Hands-on Spanish labor expertise (portals, CBAs, nóminas)
* Experience with payroll, audits, and inspections
* Demonstrated exposure to Portuguese employment administration and labor frameworks!!
* Practical understanding of Portuguese Social Security, contracts, terminations and payroll fundamentals!!
* Highly structured, proactive, and detail-driven
