The Institute for Sustainability Leadership at IESE Business School aims to foster academic research on sustainability and bring actionable insights to support the transition to more sustainable business.
Over 12 IESE professors from various departments conduct research programs affiliated with the initiative, focusing on topics such as ESG Investing, Impact Investing, Shareholder Engagement, Corporate Purpose, and Carbon Emissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Proficiency in econometrics and programming languages like Stata (preferred) and/or R.
* Experience working with corporate and financial data.
* Familiarity with Python, ML, and NLP is a plus.
* Research experience and strong writing skills are advantageous.
Terms of Employment:
* One-year work contract with social security benefits.
* Possibility of extension.
