Pb Job Description /b /p pb BESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer – CI Projects /b /p pb Position Overview /b /pp The b BESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (CI) /b is responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of b Commercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects /b after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. /pp This role takes full ownership of the project from b contract handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service /b, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to technical specifications. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /ppb1. Project Handover Planning /b /pulli Take over BESS projects from the b sales and presales teams /b after contract signing. /lili Review technical proposals, system configurations, and commercial scope. /lili Develop project execution plans including timelines, resource planning, and site coordination. /lili Confirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers. /li /ulpb2. Project Delivery Implementation /b /pulli Manage the b end-to-end delivery of CI BESS projects /b. /lili Coordinate with EPC partners, installers, and subcontractors for system installation. /lili Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /lili Monitor site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. /lili Manage equipment logistics, delivery, and installation activities. /li /ulpb3. Commissioning System Integration /b /pulli Lead or support b BESS commissioning activities /b, including: /lili System functional testing /lili EMS / PCS / BMS integration /lili Grid connection and verification /lili Work with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. /lili Ensure the system operates according to performance specifications. /li /ulpb4. Customer Support After-Sales Service /b /pulli Provide b technical support and service coordination /b after project commissioning. /lili Manage maintenance schedules and service activities. /lili Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with OEMs or suppliers if needed. /lili Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. /li /ulpb5. Documentation Reporting /b /pulli Prepare project documentation including: /lili Commissioning reports /lili As-built documentation /lili Operation and maintenance manuals /lili Track project progress and provide regular internal updates. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Degree in b Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy /b, or related field. /lilib3–7 years of experience /b in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems. /lili Experience in b CI energy storage or distributed energy projects /b preferred. /lili Understanding of BESS components including: /lili Battery systems /lili PCS / inverters /lili EMS / monitoring systems /lili Experience in b project delivery or field engineering /b. /li /ul pb Skills /b /pulli Strong project coordination and communication skills /lili Problem-solving and troubleshooting capability /lili Familiarity with renewable energy systems /lili Ability to work with customers, EPCs, and suppliers /lili Willingness to travel to project sites when required /li /ul
