RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Process Engineer you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. While you learn from a world-class manufacturing organization you will have a clear objective and will deliver meaningful results.
Your main focus:
- Analyze and solve problems using our Stop the Stops methodology finding and eliminating the root cause.
- Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material.
- Create machine Zeroes that allow us to keep the machine in base condition.
- Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises.
- Compile all the information created in the Operator Book and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
- Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.
- Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line.
- Because of all the above improve safety quality and efficiency of the machine of ownership.
The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team you will have the opportunity to learn from others innovate and try new ideas.
