Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst
The Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering reliable business insights to the Leadership team by providing recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports. This requires a deep understanding of Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data.
To achieve this, the P&P Senior Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including the P&P team and external partners, to ensure successful delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management, providing critical support and guidance.
* Establish and maintain accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective across different management levels.
* Lead specific projects or initiatives impacting Retail sales teams, supporting or taking ownership of the project lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation and tracking.
* Develop compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions, and facilitate decision-making processes, making recommendations in relevant forums.
* Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to initiatives, participating in the development of action plans moving forward.
* Conduct detailed analysis when needed, involving large amounts of data and/or feedback from regional teams.
* Assist or develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc.
* Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, developing a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gaining the support of key players.
* Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency in data related to specific initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret, summarize, and present complex data sets clearly and succinctly.
* Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written), able to influence business partner decisions.
* Methodical and organized mindset, with a results-oriented approach.
* Dynamic individual with hands-on mentality and proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervision.
* Strong drive, capacity to push and make things happen while engaging with relevant stakeholders.
* Team spirit and attitude, comfortable working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Ability to build strong working relationships, create networks, and influence, with a proactive approach to engaging with the business.
* Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* SQL skills are highly valued (not required).
* Experience with data analysis and modelling software (Tableau) is valued (not required).
* Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued (not required).
