Successfully launched in the UK, Italy, and other European markets, the product is now being introduced in Spain. We seek a high-impact Sales Manager to lead this market entry.Role Summary
This position is for the launch of our serum line in Spain. The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and expanding the brand’s presence throughout the country, targeting dermatology clinics, aesthetic doctors, beauty salons, and select pharmacy chains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of relevant contacts and a proven track record in consultative B2B sales within the beauty or medical aesthetics sectors.Key Responsibilities
Launch and grow sales of the serum line within the Spanish market.Identify and onboard new clients across aesthetic clinics, beauty professionals, and pharmacies.Utilize your network to open key opportunities quickly.Conduct product presentations and demos, both in-person and virtually.Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform marketing and support strategies.Represent Mercurio at industry events, conferences, and product showcases.Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline.Candidate Profile
Strong network within the medical aesthetics, dermatology, or professional beauty industry in Spain.Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development.Experience with aesthetic medicine, dermatological skincare, or medical consultations is desirable.Confident and engaging communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Native or fluent Spanish;
professional English for internal communication.Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.Willing to travel within Spain for in-person client meetings.What We Offer
