This position is tailored for a highly organized, proactive individual with exceptional coordination skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations, client follow-ups, and internal process optimization.
We are looking for a profile with an operational mindset, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with both high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and our internal Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Coordinate the daily operations of the sales department and act as the core liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Lead Management: Receive, initially qualify, and distribute leads from real estate portals, the corporate website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Team Support: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and property viewings for the Sales Executives, providing them with administrative and operational support.
- CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales database, ensure rigorous follow-up with active and potential clients, and guarantee accurate activity tracking.
- Analysis & KPIs: Coordinate documentation, compile commercial reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and lead conversion rates.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise the correct execution of sales processes, ensuring the highest standards of luxury customer service.
Profile Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or sales administration roles.
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, the luxury sector, or premium environments is highly valued.
- Languages: High proficiency in Spanish and English is essential. Fluency in additional languages is a major plus.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and digital management tools.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, problem‑solving mindset, results‑oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Core Competencies: Strong follow‑up skills, impeccable interpersonal communication, professional presentation, discretion, and strict confidentiality.
