Sales Manager Iberia & Morocco (Distributors)
Our client is a global manufacturer thermoplastic sheets, panel systems, and finished products and they are currently seeking a Sales Manager to come on board in a remote role in Spain.
Overall responsibility lies in managing and leading sales and marketing activities in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, with the objective of achieving sales targets, expanding business activity, and strengthening the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market growth initiatives
* Develop and expand sales channels and implement new sales methods Build and lead the annual sales plan and ensure achievement of targets.
* Develop and manage the sales budget, including ongoing monitoring and performance
* analysis.
* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and expand business activity
* with them
* Oversee ongoing customer service, including order management, delivery tracking, complaint handling, credit notes, and collections
* Lead the launch and implementation of new products in the market
* Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.)
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years experience in Regional Sales (Spain, Iberia etc) is preferred
* Previous experience in distribution sales is preferred (1 -2 years minimum)
* Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills for high-value transactions
* Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking
* Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
* Strong analytical skills and ability to derive business insights from data
* Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP – advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Native-level Spanish – mandatory, high proficiency in English
* Willingness to travel within the region
