We are currently seeking an IT Sales Manager with expertise in Automotive & Manufacturing to join our DXC Automotive & Manufacturing Industry Sales Team for Consulting & Engineering Services (CES). Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify new business opportunities within current and potential clients.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and meet revenue targets.
3. Generate leads and successfully close sales opportunities.
4. Create solution proposals and identify winning pricing strategies within the CES portfolio.
5. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and educate customers about DXC solutions and market differentiators.
6. Negotiate effectively to convert opportunities into contracts or purchase orders.
7. Build and nurture client relationships to foster sales growth.
8. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and synergy.
10. Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies into the sales process.
11. Participate in negotiations and contribute to deal closures.
Mandatory Skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of Automotive and Manufacturing industry clients and ecosystems.
* Knowledge of modern Automotive and Manufacturing technologies, including Consulting, Data & AI, Software Development, Smart Manufacturing, and Software Defined Vehicles.
* Proven sales track record and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in sales strategy, customer management, and market analysis.
* Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry and technology trends.
