About the Role
Our client is a leading company from the Consumer Goods sector, currently going through a period of fast expansion across their European operations. To support them with this expansion, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team in Barcelona, supporting hiring initiatives across the European region.
This role is critical in driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent across multiple markets.
A strong emphasis is placed on multilingual capabilities to effectively support hiring needs in key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across Europe, from role definition to offer negotiation and onboarding
* Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
* Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions across different countries, functions, and seniority levels
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly in Spain but also in French- and German-speaking markets
* Drive direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Collaborate with HR, People Operations, and Employer Branding teams to enhance recruitment processes and employer value proposition
* Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring performance
Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an international or EMEA-focused role
* Proven experience hiring across multiple European countries and managing complex stakeholder environments
* Fluency in English and Spanish (essential), plus French and/or German (strongly preferred)
* Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for mid-to-senior level roles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

* Experience in tech, digital, or high-growth environments
* Knowledge of local labor markets and hiring regulations across Europe
* Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
