We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data related to hotel contracts, supplier information, and content information. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing our business operations and ensuring the highest level of service to our suppliers.
You will support the business by delivering accurate analysis, recurring and ad‑hoc reporting, and insights that enable more informed decisions. Additionally, this role will closely monitor the performance of Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.
Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, providing recurring and ad‑hoc analyses to identify operational improvement opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations based on data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret, summarize, and present complex data from multiple sources in a simple and comprehensive way.
Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, and content information is desirable.
