360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. Your role will involve generating opportunities from our top priority, high-potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and convert intent signals into a sales pipeline.
Specifically, you will manage your territory by creating and qualifying cold outbound leads and contacting potential customers via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. You will identify customer pain points, understand their context, and demonstrate how we can help. Additionally, you will promote collaborative learning and pitch the 360Learning value proposition.
Working closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams, you will benefit from comprehensive onboarding and ongoing learning and coaching opportunities as you grow.
Within 1 month, you will...
* Complete onboarding and start your core BDR role
* Master our onboarding process and understand our product, positioning, and buyer personas
* Refine your pitch and qualification methodology
* Discover your account territory and strategize with Account Executives and Key Account Managers
* Meet the team through virtual coffee chats and happy hours
* Begin outreach to leads and generate your first opportunities
Within 3 months, you will...
* Fully utilize our tool stack and ramp up outbound activities
* Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to define their portfolio strategy
* Develop a long-term account roadmap and engage high-priority personas
* Create strategic outreach strategies for targeted engagement
Within 6 months, you will...
* Identify new business entry points for targeted outreach
* Achieve 100% of your monthly targets
* Research and strategize approaches to generate interest
* Share opportunities for improving outbound processes
Within 12 months, you will...
* Be eligible to transition to an Account Executive or Key Account Manager role
* Collaborate with sales teams, bringing innovative lead generation ideas
Skills & Experience
* At least 9-12 months of experience hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
* Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
* Strong communication skills (written and oral)
* Passion for learning and education
Preferred but not mandatory:
* Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
* Master's degree in a related field
