As a Solution Analyst in the IT Product Group, you will support solutions across our application landscape. You translate business needs into robust, scalable application designs with support of the Solution Architect; deliver changes end-to-end; and steward the solution through its lifecycle, ensuring secure, compliant and cost-effective operations in line with our Product Group model.
Responsibilities

* Deliver changes end-to-end and steward the solution through its lifecycle.
* Ensure secure, compliant and cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable Workday experience (configuration, rollout and/or support) across one or more modules (e.g., HCM Core, Security).
* Strong analysis and solution design skills; comfortable with process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
* Proven delivery in a product or project environment collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
* Excellent communication in English; able to translate technical topics into business value.
Nice-to-have
* Experience with Workday integrations (EIB/Studio), calculated fields and security.
* Familiarity with release and testing cycles.
