Job DescriptionFor our HR department based in Palma de Mallorca, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented professional to support personnel administration tasks and provide HR administrative support across the MTS Globe brands, OTS Globe and Axis Data.
Responsibilities
On‑going social security updates or communications (hirings, sick leaves, and others).
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and certificates.
Organize and maintain personnel records in our internal HR ERP.
Answer employees’ queries about HR‑related issues.
Provide administrative support and participate in Labour Risk prevention (PRL).

Requirements
Administrative professional degree or related studies in HR personnel administration.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Creative problem‑solving skills, proactive and analytical thinking.
High knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR regulations is a plus.
Very high proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken);
additional languages are a plus.
