Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst based in our Boadilla Headquarters in Madrid.

As a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving SCIB’s digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance, optimization and value generation across digital channels.
We need someone like you to help us in the following areas:
- Digital campaign management: Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, web, email, paid media, etc.)
- Performance & analytics: Track, analyze and report KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI), extracting actionable insights
- Channel optimization: Continuously improve performance across owned and paid channels based on data-driven decisions
- Content strategy with performance mindset: Support content creation aligned with business goals, ensuring measurable impact
- Lead generation & monetization: Contribute to initiatives focused on client acquisition, engagement and commercial impact
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with global business teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities
- Digital ecosystem management: Support the use and optimization of tools such as CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms

Professional Experience
1. - years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing. (Required)
2. Proven experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns and channels. (Required)
3. Experience in data analysis and KPI-driven environments. (Required)
4. Previous experience in financial services is a plus. (Preferred)
Education
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Advertising, Journalism or similar. (Required)
6. Strong digital marketing background. (Required)
Languages
7. English: Professional working proficiency required (C or above). (Required)
Hard Skills
8. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and actions. (Required)
9. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and funnels. (Required)
10. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupa). (Required)
11. Knowledge of paid media and social media performance (LinkedIn especially) is highly valuable. (Required)

12. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set clear priorities.
