Coordinate NPI project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Execute all NPI in a timely manner.
Coordinate all team members for NPI execution and deliver FAI reports for each build.
Drive preventive and corrective actions during NPI stages and before to transfer product to mass production.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes for all NPI
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure customer needs/requirements are met as projects evolved.
Analyze risks and opportunities in all NPIs.
Monitor NPI project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate NPI project status to all participants
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure customer and GPV standards and requirements are met.
Comply with all GPV's management systems and regulation.
Job requirements Proven work experience as a NPI Project Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, Gantt charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field.
