As our first Head of HR, you will be the visionary and strategic partner responsible for building a world-class organization poised for explosive growth across Europe.

You will drive HR end-to-end, serving as the go-to partner for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and HR operations, ensuring our people and processes scale with our ambitious business goals.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates within the CET time zone.

What you will work on :

* HR strategy : Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business objectives, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
* Scaling talent : Support hyper-growth initiatives while maintaining company culture and values, championing a remote-first work environment.
* HR operations & compliance : Build HR processes from scratch, ensuring compliance across multiple countries with proper policies and tools.
* Talent acquisition & employer branding : Lead recruitment efforts, partner with hiring managers, and enhance employer branding in the fintech space.
* Process design and implementation : Establish scalable policies, frameworks, and structures for compensation and benefits.
* People analytics : Use HR data to inform decisions, track metrics, and improve strategies.
* Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with various departments to support organizational development and change management.

What we expect from you :

* 10+ years of HR experience, especially in high-growth environments.
* Experience managing HR for international, multi-entity setups, familiar with EOR / PEO solutions.
* Background in tech startups, preferably fintech or financial services.
* Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and performance management tools.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; fluency in English required.
* Structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Adaptability, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to have :

* Experience in fintech startups, especially early-stage.
* Employer branding and employee equity program experience.
