**GTM Platform Management Coordinator**:**Tasks and responisbilities**:- Ensure that his/her scope group is effectively and efficiently understanding, implementing, testing, executing, and helping to measure & optimize the NBA campaigns on behalf of the marketing, medical, and market access teams across Boehringer's country affiliates- Enable the scope group to operate as an internal, general “center of excellence” for NBA orchestration topics, during NBA launch initiatives in each market as well as during the ongoing delivery and maintenance of NBA campaigns throughout - this includes processes and resources that enable the sharing of NBA expertise, learnings, best practices, solutions, and optimizations- Act as the point of escalation for the group's internal customers and NBA capability owner(s) on topics such as new NBA onboardings and roll-outs, special projects, and delivery questions & concerns related to his/her scope group- Monitor workload and assess needs across his/her coordination scope group, balanced with the demands and requirements from internal customers; work with other fellow Coordinators, Team Lead, and Global Capability Owner(s) (GCO) to make sure any gaps and challenges are raised and addressed- Enforce adherence to processes & SLAs by both the coordination group and internal customers, define new NBA-services-delivery processes and optimize existing ones, ensure the group’s documentation is created and kept up-to-date, and find service-oriented solutions when needed- Work with his/her scope group, data and analytics teams, global governance stakeholders, IT, and any related third-party vendors to ensure NBA toolset is available, meets the needs according to business expectations, and is being used in the most efficient and effective manner**Requirements**:- 1+ years of experience with coordinating the operational tasks and workload of a group - either through direct or lateral leadership - and ability to communicate with and connect different personalities and profiles- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation tools, related data concepts, and digital marketing topics and best practices - Adobe Campaign Classic is strongly preferred (other enterprise tools of similar complexity, such as Unica, are OK); Adobe Campaign Classic certification is a plus (Business Practitioner is OK, Developer is an added plus)- Strong knowledge and experience with databases and data concepts, including SQL and ETL skills, is required- Exposure to and knowledge of Next Best Action (NBA) concepts - experience with NBA tools is strongly preferred (ZS ZAIDYN and VERSO products are preferred; other similar AI-based tools are OK); demonstrated ability toquickly learn new concepts and tools is a must- The global nature of this job requires being 100% fluent and comfortable in English - including reading, writing, listening, speaking, and presenting- Pharma experience is strongly preferred- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining meaningful & trusted relationships with cross-functional colleagues and internal customers, in order to effectively communicate and influence - ability to drive change management and comfort with communication & giving feedback to outranking individuals- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a non-arrogant, customer-oriented, but impactful and trustworthy way - including the ability to summarize & adapt communication to stakeholders of different levels, backgrounds, cultures, and native languages- Experience liaising between business, operational, and technical users - ability to translate and communicate concepts across business and technical stakeholders- Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize workload for one’s self in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment- Proactive, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, self-starter - able to work independently, think critically, find solutions, and make decisions even in complex, ambiguous situations and without much guidance or direction from others- Able to navigate & simplify complexity, able to uncover & derive conclusions, and demonstrated aptitude to learn new things quickly - including the proven ability to connect big-picture concepts with in-depth details- Keen eye and attention to detail and quality- Bachelor degree in business administration/digital marketing and affinity towards tech or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business acumen and digital marketing experience- Experience as a Business/Strategy Consultant, Account Manager, or Business Analyst in a service delivery setup, consultancy, or other project delivery environment is preferred- This role is a hybrid role that will require working from our Sant Cugat office a few days a week- Able and open to travel internationally on occasionIamBoehringerIngelheim becauseWe are continuously working to design the best experience for you.
