🚀Are you a passionate BUSINESS ANALYST with experience in Overhead Controlling collaborating in and international environment?🌍- 100% Remote!💻

We have an exciting opportunity to support financial reporting, governance and cost analysis in an international SAP environment. The role focuses on controlling processes, reporting structures and compliance, ensuring consistency and quality of financial data.

🧠Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Controlling / Finance / Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Overhead Controlling and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Experience working with SAP ERP (CO-OM in S/4HANA).
• Good understanding of BI tools (e.g. SAP BW, MS Fabric) from a functional perspective.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial results.

🔧Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize Overhead Controlling processes and reporting structures.
• Perform financial result analysis, focusing on fixed and variable cost components.
• Ensure alignment with financial governance standards and IFRS compliance.
• Assess business processes and reporting requirements to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve cost transparency and reporting accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in controlling and reporting processes.

➕Nice to have:

• Experience in international or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of SAP financial data structures and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

🗣Languages:

• English & Spanish C1, Suitable for working in an international environment.

🌍Additional Info:

• Location: 100% Remote (Mandatory to Reside inSpain)
• Flexible schedule and Intensive Fridays.
