Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 85m Private/Charter M/Y.
This role is idóneo for a confident Chief Stew who is ready to take full ownership of the interior department, set high standards, and play a key role in shaping a positive and professional onboard culture.
The successful candidate will bring a calm, emotionally intelligent leadership style and the ability to guide, motivate, and unify the interior team moving forward.
Applicants should have several years of Chief Stewardess experience on vessels 60m+ and be comfortable maintaining momentum, morale, and structure within a busy interior department.
Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to build and develop a cohesive team from the ground up.
The Heads of Department have been onboard long-term, providing excellent stability, continuity, and support.
The owner is described as wonderful and very friendly, contributing to a pleasant and respectful working environment.
This vessel operates on a private with light charter program and is typically dual season, though it has been spending more time in the U.S.
recently.
This position is open to both temporary and permanent candidates at this stage. A permanent contract offers a 2:2 rotational schedule with a salary of up to $9,000 DOE.
Ideally, the successful candidate would be available to start within the next few weeks.
A B1/B2 visa is essential
