Hi! We’re Leaply — a fast-growing ecosystem of digital and physical products designed to help people build healthier habits and lead better lives. We launched in 2024 and have already seen explosive growth with strong traction across the US, Europe, and beyond. We are combining two directions:
Digital: A mobile app for building habits and improving health based on science-backed practices. A few numbers: in our first year, we grew more than 20x. In December, we achieved 5x month-over-month growth in Gross Profit.
Physical: Our own line of FDA-approved supplements (manufactured in the U.S.). We use proprietary formulas based on patents developed by our R&D team.

We’re looking for a talented Creative Marketing Manager to join a team, who is working with physical direction.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in shaping and executing creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta and emerging channels.
* Develop hypothesis-driven creative concepts based on performance data, audience research, and competitive analysis.
* Write clear, conversion-oriented briefs for video and static ads, including messaging angles, hooks, visual direction, and references.
* Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights for growth strategy.
* Identify patterns in winning creatives (hooks, structures, angles, positioning) and translate them into scalable testing frameworks.
* Research and deconstruct high-performing creatives from both DTC physical brands and leading digital products to strengthen our approach.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Design team to optimize iteration speed and production quality.
* Study audience behavior and turn insights into precise, high-impact messaging.
* Monitor trends within the Health & Wellness category and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
* You’re a great fit if you:
o Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role: successfully scaling creative production, launching new formats, and improving efficiency.
o Possess a deep understanding of creative production management principles: concepts vs. variations, formats, and the key levers that drive their success.
o Are confident in your knowledge of Facebook operations.
o Have English skills at B2+ level.
o Are an AI adaptor: enjoy working with AI and actively use it to enhance your performance.
