At Gi Group, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join the team of Agilent Technologies, a leading company in the scientific technology sector. Main Responsibilities:
* Develop Spotfire dashboards for Salesforce.
* Work closely with business and IT teams to define and update business and functional solutions.
* Analyze and evaluate business problems, providing recommendations to optimize systems and processes.
* Lead project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
* Propose schedule adjustments, resource additions, or scope changes as necessary.
* Ensure effective communication between teams and keep management informed of progress and key issues.
* Ensure goals are met and coordinate internal and external resources.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
* Advanced skills in project management and data analysis.
* Knowledge of tools such as Spotfire and Salesforce.
* Fluent English, both spoken and written (essential for communication with global teams).
* Ability to interpret requirements and manage projects from start to delivery.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ideally, experience in resource management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills:
* Certifications related to project management or data analysis.
* Previous experience in similar roles within international organizations.
* Postgraduate studies.
