The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Global SDR to join our \"Sales Squad\". You will be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying potential clients (SMBs, Startups, and Agencies) and opening new business opportunities.


This is a Hunter role. We don't wait for leads; we go get them.

What you will do:

* Prospect & Hunt: Identify and qualify high-potential leads (SMEs and Startups) that need to diversify their ad spend beyond Google/Meta.
* Outbound Strategy: Execute multichannel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to engage with Founders, Marketing Directors, and Decision Makers.
* Pitch the Vision: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points (like \"Ad Blindness\" or high CPA) and explain how Publicit solves them through automation.
* Target the \"Long Tail\": Empower small businesses that have been historically ignored by big agencies, giving them access to premium advertising.
* Data Integrity: Maintain rigorous data hygiene in our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting.
* Collaborate: Work directly with the Founders and the Operations team to refine our value proposition based on market feedback.


Requirements
* Experience: 6+ months of experience in a B2B Sales, SDR, or Business Development role (SaaS experience is a strong plus).
* Communication: Native/Fluent English is a must. Spanish, French, or German are highly valued.
* The \"Hunter\" Mindset: You are resilient, persistent, and don't take \"no\" for an answer. You understand that sales is a numbers game played with high quality.
* Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.) and have an interest in AdTech and AI.
* Coachability: You are eager to learn. We have a culture of \"Learning and Teaching\".
* Ambition: You want to grow your career in a fast-paced Tech Startup. You aim to become an Account Executive or Team Lead in the future.
