This is a permanent role with a strong international remit, offering the opportunity to drive commercial growth across high-potential global markets. /p p As International Sales Account Manager, you will take ownership of managing and growing a portfolio of international retail accounts while identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across both e-commerce and traditional retail channels. Your territories will include Scandinavia, Iberia, Italy, Greece, the Middle East and Rest of World. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Proactively follow-through and close sales according to the sales plan and deliver on key revenue targets short-, mid- and long-term /lili Provide and maintain structured joint business plans that will stimulate growth and brand exposure alongside the company’s strategic plan /lili Monitor sales at retail for each account and closely collaborate with the accounts to implement corrective action plans if necessary /lili Focus on E-Commerce account and distributor development alongside supporting traditional BM retail /lili Work with the Sales Director Europe to prepare a forecast, by item, for each account, and maintain the forecast throughout the year, continually monitoring the achievement of sales goals and proactively develop corrective action plans if necessary /lili Close liaison with customer services and accounts teams on order book management and credit risks /lili Actively participate in market research and share insights with the cross-functional global teams, gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, customers and competitors /lili Manage the execution of new product initiatives and/or core product improvements from inception to market launch /lili Prepare, participate, document and follow-up meetings /lili Attend company sales meetings and shows as required /li /ul pb What We’re Looking For: /b /p ulli Sales experience, preferably in the nursery and/or toy industry or FMCG /lili Know-how in doing business with online retailers /lili Proven track record in building strong relationships with retail accounts /lili Proven success in sales with an international company /lili Commercial know-how /lili Market knowledge, i.e. formal knowledge of targeted distribution and product categories /lili Advanced MS office skills /lili Fluent English and Spanish /lili Knowledge of FOB business would be a bonus /lili Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen /lili Well-developed sales, communication, negotiation, planning and adminstration skills /lili Excellent proactive planning skills /lili Ability to close a deal effectively and do what is best for the business /lili Passion for growing existing business and finding new opportunities /lili Ability to travel – region-wide /lili High commitment and involvement /lili Hands-on mentality /lili Service- and solution-oriented personality /lili Positive mindset /li /ul
