This role ensures efficient planning, control, and management of all logistics processing activities while coordinating with partners to achieve operational excellence and meet service level agreements (SLAs). The position plays a pivotal role in supporting local business growth through effective management of returned assets and managing the partners. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p pb Incoming Logistics: /b /pulli Plan and organize daily transport operations for incoming assets. /lili Manage customer services for logistics-related inquiries. /lili Oversee transport cost calculations and ensure the accuracy of transport invoices. /lili Monitor daily SLA compliance and quality tracking for all incoming goods. /lili Conduct quality and quantity control checks on goods-in. /lili Address exceptions and manage deviations in the logistics process. /li /ul pb Outgoing Logistics: /b /pulli Process orders for remarketed assets and handle customer service needs for remarketing customers. /lili Coordinate with logistics partners for order placement, pick pack operations, and shipping. /lili Perform customs checks and tax compliance for outgoing shipments. /lili Create proforma invoices and manage financial processes such as booking goods out, checking payments, and releasing shipments. /lili Oversee the logistics operations related to asset return management. /li /ul pb Logistics Partner Management: /b /pulli Conduct regular audits and quality reviews of logistics partners. /lili Collaborate with the partner management team to ensure service quality and cost control. /lili Provide ongoing feedback and insights into partner performance and assist in managing any discrepancies or issues. /li /ul pb EOL Partner Management: /b /pulli Perform audits on-site at service providers handling returned assets (IT, healthcare, industrial solutions). /lili Track and ensure SLAs for asset processing are met, including the auditing, pick pack, and transport processes. /lili Manage the quality assurance for EOL processing and report any deviations to the management team. /lili Oversee the processing of returned assets, ensuring timely handling and resolution of issues like locked devices and discrepancies in received assets. /lili To review EOL processes, manage transport costs, and ensure data accuracy across systems. /lili Assess the profitability of Direct Sales to Customers to identify non reasonable sales according to expected market values. /li /ul pb Locked Devices Management: /b /pulli Track locked devices with the partners /lili Manage the escalation of locked devices to the sales team when necessary. /li /ul pb Reporting and Collaboration: /b /pulli Work closely with sales, service delivery, and contract administration teams to support client needs. /lili Ensure timely and accurate reporting to headquarters (Logistics Processing Competence Center) regarding logistics performance, quality control, and partner management. /lili Track and report on key metrics such as lease origination, gross margin, and net profit impact driven by logistics operations. /li /ul pb Qualifications: /b /p ulli Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or a related field. /lili Strong organizational and planning skills to manage both incoming and outgoing logistics processes. /lili Expertise in working with logistics service providers and managing transportation costs and services. /lili Fluent in Spanish and Englush. /lili Solid understanding of ITAD-business. /lili Ability to perform detailed audits and provide clear feedback on partner performance. /lili Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments (sales, service, partners). /li /ul pb What we offer: /b /pp Competitive salary structure and other benefits /p
