We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenUtility Sales Managerto lead our sales efforts and expand our presence in the utility-scale solar and BESS market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly inverter and energy storage technologies, along with a proven track record in managing and closing large-scale projects with EPCs, developers, and utilities.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies targetingutility-scale solar and BESS projects, driving market share growth in the large-scale segment Identify and engage with key stakeholders includingIPPs, EPCs, developers, and utilities, building strong long-term partnerships Lead the full sales cycle fromproject identification, bidding, negotiation to contract closurefor large-scale projects Providetechnical and commercial supportto customers, including system solutions, product positioning, and value proposition Monitor and analyzemarket trends, policies, and competitor activitieswithin the utility-scale solar sector Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effectivepipeline management and project forecasting Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to delivercustomized solutions and proposals Represent the company atindustry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings Provide regular reporting onproject pipeline, sales performance, and market insights Collect customer feedback and work with product teams tooptimize solutions for utility-scale applicationsQualifications Bachelor's degree or above inElectrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field Minimum5 years of experience in utility-scale solar/BESS sales(must have large project experience) Proven track record in managing and closinglarge-scale solar or energy storage projects Strong understanding ofPV systems, grid connection, and inverter/BESS technologies Familiar withutility-scale project development cycle, including EPC, tendering, and financing structures Strong network withdevelopers, EPCs, or utilitiesis highly preferred Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency inCRM tools and MS Office Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
