- Evaluate current or necessary local functionalities and align them with global product capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Spanish (Required). ~ English level fluent or high.
