This position is structured as an independent consultant collaboration with compensation based on commission and generated activity. /p pYou will act as an ambassador of Clinique La Prairie’s aesthetic, regenerative and longevity approach, ensuring safe, ethical, personalised and natural-looking results for an international and demanding clientele. /p h3JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe Aesthetic Doctor will be responsible for delivering high-end aesthetic medical services to clients of the Longevity Hub Madrid, ensuring safety, excellence and a premium patient experience at every step of the journey. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liConduct personalised aesthetic medicine consultations to assess the client’s needs, expectations, medical history and treatment suitability. /li liEvaluate facial anatomy, skin quality, signs of ageing, facial volume loss and other aesthetic concerns in order to propose appropriate treatment plans. /li liProvide clear, ethical and professional medical advice, including explanations of treatment options, expected results, contraindications, risks, downtime and aftercare instructions. /li liDesign individual treatment plans adapted to each client’s profile, aesthetic objectives and overall longevity journey. /li liPerform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to: /li libotulinum toxin injections; /li lihyaluronic acid fillers; /li lifacial contouring and harmonisation; /li lifacial volume restoration; /li liskin boosters and skin quality treatments; /li liregenerative and biostimulation treatments; /li liSculptra, Profhilo and Radiesse treatments; /li litreatments related to facial volume loss, skin laxity and GLP-1 / "Ozempic face" concerns; /li limesotherapy, PRP or other aesthetic procedures, depending on expertise, local authorisation and available protocols. /li liEnsure all treatments are performed according to the highest standards of medical safety, hygiene, precision, ethics and patient care. /li liMaintain accurate and complete medical documentation, including consultation notes, treatment plans, informed consent forms, treatment records and follow-up documentation. /li liEnsure proper patient follow-up after treatments and adapt treatment plans where required. /li liCollaborate closely with the Longevity Hub team to provide a smooth, discreet, personalised and premium client experience. /li liApply Clinique La Prairie’s medical standards, aesthetic protocols and brand values in daily practice. /li liStay up to date with innovations, scientific developments and new techniques in aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine and longevity. /li liParticipate in CLP onboarding, internal training and refresh programmes when required. /li liContribute to the continuous development and quality improvement of the aesthetic medicine offer within the Longevity Hub Madrid. /li /ul h3REQUIRED PROFILE /h3 h3Education and Professional Requirements /h3 ul liMedical degree recognised for practice in Spain. /li liValid authorisation and licence to practise medicine in Spain. /li liRegistration, or eligibility for registration, with the relevant Medical College in Madrid. /li liSpecific training, certification or proven professional experience in aesthetic medicine. /li liMinimum b2 to 3 years of experience /b in aesthetic medicine. /li liProven hands‑on experience in injectables, especially botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers. /li liExperience or strong interest in regenerative and biostimulation treatments such as Sculptra, Profhilo and Radiesse. /li liExperience or interest in treating facial volume loss related to significant weight loss or GLP‑1 treatments / "Ozempic face" would be an asset. /li liGood knowledge of facial anatomy, facial ageing, skin quality and natural‑result approaches. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong injection technique and excellent attention to detail. /li liAbility to perform safe, precise and personalised aesthetic treatments. /li liAbility to assess indications, contraindications and treatment risks. /li liAbility to create personalised and progressive treatment plans. /li liStrong understanding of patient safety, informed consent and medical documentation. /li liInterest in innovation, longevity, preventive medicine and regenerative aesthetics. /li liAbility to work with high‑end, international and demanding clients. /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liProfessional, reliable and medically rigorous. /li liWarm, empathetic and patient‑focused. /li liExcellent communication and consultation skills. /li liDiscreet, elegant and reassuring in client interactions. /li liConfident, precise and attentive to detail. /li liAble to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients. /li liOpen‑minded, curious and willing to continuously learn. /li liStrong team spirit and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. /li liAligned with Clinique La Prairie’s values of excellence, science, innovation, care and personalisation. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liSpanish: fluent or native level. /li liEnglish: professional level required. /li liFrench or any additional language would be an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
