The task is to find a strong and experienced ‘Account Sales Manager‘ in Spain with proven (Account development) skills, focused on midsize and large enterprises. Experience and relationships with the Hyperscale Cloud partners and experience in selling AI and data & analytics solutions will be an advantage.He/she will be responsible for growing and developing Keepler's business significantly to achieve current and future ambitious financial targets The main responsibility will be to develop and grow existing accounts by leveraging Keepler's value selling framework and service offerings. The incumbent will ensure alignment with Keepler's corporate sales objectives and strategies with experience in the banking sector being a plus,The Account Sales Manager will help Keepler’s customers to leverage state-of-the-art Cloud & Data Analytics and AI technologies to innovate and enable them to become data driven, make them more competitive, agile and resilient by integrating data into corporate processes in the form of data products.Primary Responsibilities & DutiesThe Account Sales Manager is responsible to grow the business within a well defined ideal customer profile and thrive against key competitors by developing Keepler as a strategic partnerHe/She will work closely with Cloud Partner Sales Organisations (AWS, Google mainly) in order to develop pipeline and create new opportunities in the existing customersShe/he understands the customer value drivers, current challenges, and the positive business outcomes the customers want to achieveShe/he will work with the customer and keepler technical team to translate the outcomes into required capabilities that can be met by Keepler’s services and solutions to help them achieve their outcomes.She/he will be expected to have a good understanding of Keeplers existing customer references and the value Keepler has createdPromote and sell offers, solutions and services in line with the development strategy of Keepler and always focuses on value sellingDevelops business and account plans for targeted customer baseDevelopment of revenue with bookings on targeted customers accountsEstablish relationships with key stakeholders at a strategic level to identify business challenges and opportunities in order to sell Keepler’s capability and ROI (‘Value proposition’), which will give customers a strategic and competitive advantageOverall account management including detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and communication within the team and customerMaintain high levels of customer loyalty and satisfactionPipeline management: Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near, mid and long term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.Professional Requiriments and Experiences5-8 years years of IT/Cloud / Data sales experience in closing new business and carrying quota in SpainPrevious experience in IT professional services projects related to AI, Data & AnalyticsExperience working with AWS and or Google Cloud in SpainDemonstrable success in developing large company accounts.Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.Proven track-record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement in IT salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent team playerComfortable in delivering resultsKnowledge of core cloud computing concepts including compute, storage, database and higher order capabilities like microservices, analytics, serverless and machine learningEntrepreneurial mentality
