Attracting, retaining, and developing high-quality employees, including direct line management.Leading and supporting Account Managers and Operations through strategic client solutions.Managing key accounts directly, including client interactions to promote our services.Developing plans and strategies to grow the business and meet sales goals, including new business from transactional and strategic accounts, in collaboration with the SVP of BD and CCO. Building a scalable structure to support growth and elevate standards across the organization.Formulating account strategies with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generating RFPs and client presentations.What we are searching for :
BA / BS with 12-16 years of related experience, or MA with 10-14 years, or MBA / PhD with 8-12 years.7-10 years of experience managing people or processes, with post-graduate coursework expected at this level.Proven hands-on management experience, capable of leading by example and driving process improvements to enhance sales and efficiency.Understanding of drug development from Phase I through Phase IV.J-18808-LjbffrJ-18808-Ljbffr
