Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in developing Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.


Main Tasks:

1. Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
2. Assist the Project/Delivery Manager with technical leadership, ensuring the platform meets functional requirements.
3. Identify and notify risks related to project/client profitability.
4. Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and budget, and anticipate deviations.
5. Achieve technical objectives and ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
7. Collaborate on project demos and deliver technical documentation.
8. Participate in team development, training, and mentoring.
9. Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and suggest methodological improvements.
10. Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.


Required Experience:

1. At least 3 years involved in full Salesforce.com implementation lifecycle.
2. Experience as a Salesforce developer.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
4. Experience with agile methodologies.
5. Proficiency in English.
