We are an Early Childhood Campus located in Sant Cugat seeking to welcome a passionate and qualified Early Years Teacher Assistant to join our committed team. With decades of experience in the field of early childhood education, our centre provides a nurturing, emotionally supportive, and child-centred environment for pupils up to 5 years of age.
Our educational philosophy is grounded in a holistic and personalised approach, encouraging each child’s natural curiosity, emotional wellbeing, and individual development through meaningful play, creative exploration, and hands-on learning. The setting places strong emphasis on multilingual exposure, fostering early language acquisition through immersion in a warm, familiar and culturally diverse environment.
We value respectful relationships with children and families, and work closely with both to ensure every child feels safe, valued and empowered during this foundational stage of life. Our team of dedicated professionals supports children in their emotional, cognitive, physical and social development through innovative and reflective practice.
We are currently looking to appoint a new Early Years Teacher to teach English. The hired candidate will also be the tutor of a group of students (will have the responsibility of following students up and communicate with parents).
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education will be highly valued.
* Spanish and Catalan native/bilingual
* Advanced level of English (C1)
* Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in Early Years
* A valid work permit to work in Spain or the European Union
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering student progress and engagement
