¿Qué harás?
Key Responsibilities
- You will act as the first point of contact for any accounting incidents, escalating when necessary.
- You will ensure compliance with HQ procedures, internal policies, and accounting principles.
- You will manage Record to Report activities.
- You will execute daily transactions and journal entries in line with SSC policies.
- You will handle the month-end close for assigned entities, including reconciliations, accruals, allocations, and variance analyses.
- You will manage fixed assets processes, including additions, disposals, leases, and depreciation schedules.
- You will prepare ad-hoc financial reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance.
- You will identify and propose improvements in accounting workflows and tools.
- You will collaborate on finance transformation initiatives to enhance integration and automation.
- You will maintain the integrity of accounting systems and internal controls under your responsibility.
¿A quién buscamos?
- 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or finance, ideally within a shared services environment.
- Fluent in German and English (Spanish a plus).
- Proficient in SAP FI and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership.
- Excellent communicator and team player in multicultural settings.
