Our chain of hostels extends across Istambul, Portugal, Spain and Morocco, and now, we#39;re on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse guests. /p pb Your Role: /b /pp As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel#39;s operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass: /pulli Warmly greeting guests and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs. /lili Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots. /lili Handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests with a genuine desire to assist. /lili Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area. /lili Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction. /lili Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay. /lili Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions. /li /ul pb What We#39;re Looking For: /b /pp We#39;re in search of an individual who exudes enthusiasm, warmth, and an authentic passion for hospitality.
