Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and facilities, applying continuous improvement philosophy in assembly lines, injection, and other areas.
- Troubleshoot issues on assembly lines, injection, and other daily areas.
- Repair machine breakdowns causing line stops.
- Maintain and repair general Magna facilities.
- Assist in maintenance and repairs of facilities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on assembly lines, injection machines, and SMD lines.
- Review and maintain preventive measures on lines and machinery.
- Improve assembly lines, applying continuous improvement with safety, ergonomics, and optimization in mind.
- Support emergency plans and be part of the emergency response team.
- Respect and follow the plant's emergency procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the work station.
Candidate Profile
- Formal education: FP II or Higher Degree (electronics or mechanical knowledge preferred).
- Professional experience: 3 years in the automotive sector.
- Valuable skills: PLC knowledge, sensing control (magnetic, inductive, capacitive detectors), pneumatic tools, pneumatics (valves, etc.).
- Additional training: Electrical risks, preventive resources.
