Mission :
As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support. You will work proactively to identify and resolve issues, aiming to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has a strong customer orientation, dynamism, proactivity, and an agile mindset:
1. Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in SQL.
2. Relational database: ORACLE.
3. Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows / Windows Server.
4. Tools: SQL Developer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams...).
Time availability :
* Morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00 and afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
