We achieve this by committing to ethical data, transparent processes, and human-led creativity—where AI is a tool, not a replacement.We are looking for an experienced Producer to drive the planning, execution, and client management of our GenAI production work from stills to video to R&D pipelines.This role is critical to ensuring we scale creatively and operationally while maintaining the quality and clarity that define our Everything Bagel Strategy. Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage project planning, scheduling, resource management, and client communications across GenAI workstreams.Serve as the primary client and agency liaison, aligning expectations and driving delivery excellence.Work closely with Artists, Creative Directors, and Technical Leads to ensure deliverables are both creatively and technically sound.Oversee version control, legal / rights compliance, and delivery packaging.Help formalize and scale GenAI production processes through documentation and workflow optimization.Champion our strategy internally and with clients helping ensure quality, control, and ethical creative production at scale. Ideal CandidateExperience producing creative, post-production, or VFX projects; with hands on GenAI experience a plus.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity innovation environment.Strong understanding of creative production cycles and client-facing delivery standards. #LI-PT1
