Santander Digital Services is looking for a **Scrum Master Public Cloud **or for our offices in **Madrid, Malaga or Cantabria **with at least **3 years **of experience.

What are we looking for?
We are looking to incorporate for the position **Scrum Master Public Cloud **people like you with the skills and competencies of development in digital technologies to work in collaboration with the **UK Public Cloud **CoE **.
What we expect from you:
You are sure to fit in the team if you like technology, constantly learn about new technologies and if in addition to developing your technical skills, you also care about improving your soft skills (communication skills, critical spirit, initiative and willingness to learn).
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Daily stand-ups, Sprint retrospectives and Sprint Review.
- Proactively assist in removing obstacles for development team and use escalation path if needed.
- Work closely with the development and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with PO in ensuring sprint goal is understood and priorities are aligned with project vision.
- Assist PO in maintaining product backlog.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.
- Ensure progress updates are provided into various reporting/governance forums.
- Ensure all delivery roadmaps are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
- Provide coaching to team and rest of the management team as needed in Agile principles. Provides thought leadership.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing and others.
- Previous experience in IT delivery projects.

- English at least C1.
- Clear understanding of the Scrum & Kanban Framework.

- Some Spanish Knowledge.
- Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile certification.
- Financial Services industry experience, preferably within Cloud.
