This role plays a key part in delivering strategic projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and innovative environment within the regenerative medicine field.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute events (congresses, training programs, visits, workshops, corporate travel, etc.)
* Manage full logistics (vendors, venues, transportation, accommodation, materials, etc.)
* Budget management and cost control
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Management, Medical Affairs)
* Liaise with doctors, partners, and international stakeholders
* On-site event coordination and supervision
* Post-event evaluation and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation requirements
Requirements
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, protocol, event planning, communications, public relations, tourism, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event management
* At least 2 years within medical devices, pharma, healthcare, wellness, or cosmetics sectors
* High level of Spanish and English (mandatory)
* Additional languages are a strong plus
* Proficiency in office software (Microsoft), as well as event and travel management programs and applications.
* Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
* Willingness to travel
