Senior Account Manager (Flemish-speaking) - Hybrid – Cloud Solutions MV02
Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive cloud solutions growth in Benalmadena. This hybrid role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment and the chance to shape the future of cloud technology.
What You Will Do
Secure new customer wins for cloud solutions.
Maximize upsell and cross‐sell opportunities with sales agents, solution specialists, local sales teams and channel partners.
Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback and update involved parties on closure and support close‐plan execution.
Collaborate with the local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions.
When a TCM does not exist, curate and connect customers to a best‐of‐breed ecosystem of solutions in the territory to drive growth in customer acquisition, consumption and usage.
Surface partner sell wins with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key opportunities to Partner Management to drive development and recruitment of new partners.
Control main performance indicators and run rates of the pipeline.
Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs.
Qualifications
Native or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
3–6+ years of technology‐related sales or business development experience.
Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred.
Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end‐user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.
Fundamentals certification required.
Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
Experience with cloud‐based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
Bachelor's degree required.
Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
Full‐time contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Salary offer: €35 000 gross per year + up to €5 000 in bonus gross per year + Private Medical Insurance.
