Misión del puesto
Support the implementation of institutional digital and data initiatives linked to CRAG's research-support environment, contributing to the deployment of operational data governance practices, institutional reporting systems and digital tools supporting scientific and operational activities. The role is linked to a defined implementation phase focused on deploying concrete digital solutions and improving institutional data and reporting processes within the research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document operational data governance practices within institutional Microsoft 365 environments supporting research and operational activities.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards for institutional, operational, and research support reporting.
- Support the deployment of digital tools linked to institutional and research-support processes, acting as functional liaison between users and external providers.
- Contribute to the adoption and operational implementation of institutional digital tools and collaborative environments.
Deliverables
- Documented data governance framework (operational scope).
- Set of Power BI dashboards deployed and usable.
- Training materials and basic user enablement for M365 tools.
- HR tool implemented with functional support.
Working Conditions
Contract: Temporary – 1 year. This is a project-based role, initially linked to a defined implementation phase (approx. 12 months), focused on delivery rather than long-term ownership. Hours/week: Full time (37,5 hours/week). Opportunity for professional growth in a high-level CERCA research center. Competitive salary.
