Positioning and delivering an effective communication message in the field of Culture & Brand across all media channels (social, web, TV, radio, print) to bring our brand image to life and make RedBull relevant and engaging for our target audiences. The Culture & Brand Communications Manager leads activation plans for Culture events, artist initiatives, and culture audience activations, taking full responsibility for earned media activation via influencer amplification and relationship building. They coordinate audience plans with the Programming and Content teams.

* Manage media relations: activate earned media, nurture editorial relationships, and identify story opportunities in collaboration with the Culture Marketing department and local media teams. Translate these into media products. Lead activation plans across all Culture audiences and keep the Audiences Calendar updated. Develop Culture Media Partnerships to reach targeted audiences. Serve as the main point of contact for Culture Communications HQ to translate and localize guidelines and international opportunities. Use data insights from programming and content to create debriefs and analyze the results of Culture Communications projects and activations.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Communications & PR (Brand or Agency).
* Extensive media network in Culture and product communications and beyond.
* Experience working with agencies and stakeholders.
* Proven track record in leading projects and securing brand reach & engagement via earned media amplification.
* Spanish speaker; high level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Strategic thinking to position marketing and media initiatives for effective message pull-through to target audiences via media channels.
* Ability to utilize owned and managed channels cohesively within strategies.
* Ability to work effectively within a large, international organization.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for the RedBull brand and lifestyle.
* Story seeker with the ability to identify stories with media potential.
* Strong media relations skills, with a portfolio of contacts in culture & product outlets, especially key journalists in Spain.
* Agile team player capable of getting work done efficiently.
* Willingness to travel 30-40%.
