Plant Manager Development Programme participant at Nutreco, an SHV company.
What you’ll do
* Gain a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal.
* Lead a manufacturing facility, developing leadership capability across real operational challenges.
* Rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day‑to‑day operational excellence.
* Apply the required knowledge to lead a manufacturing facility and gain end‑to‑end experience of a production environment.
Who we’re looking for
* Responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role.
* Confident, credible with drive and potential to lead others and inspire respect through actions.
* Proven track record in leadership and solid background in production or manufacturing environments.
* A degree in Engineering or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing company.
* English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard).
* Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal.
